At Hollyfrost Farm, flowers are grown in season and with the land. As a small, independent cut-flower farm, we focus on varieties that thrive here, allowing each bloom to develop naturally rather than forcing growth. Harvests are shaped by weather, soil, and timing, resulting in flowers that reflect the character of the season they come from.

Healthy flowers begin below ground and beyond the field. Hollyfrost Farm follows regenerative growing practices that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and long-term resilience. Honeybees are an integral part of the farm system, supporting pollination and reinforcing a balanced, working landscape where flowers, insects, and soil health are closely connected.

Hollyfrost Farm is designed to grow thoughtfully over time. While seasonal cut flowers are the current focus, the long-term vision includes an apple orchard and small-scale sheep husbandry, creating a diversified farm rooted in place and purpose. Each addition is planned with care, ensuring the farm remains manageable, ecologically sound, and responsive to the land it depends on.
We love our customers and guests. Hollyfrost Farm is small and independently run, and visits are by appointment—so nothing is rushed, nothing is missed, and the flowers have time to say hello. We may be out in the fields, tending the bees, or on a well-earned siesta.
